The Corvette is missing a headlight. OMG that must be like 100 hp lost at the rear wheels. A Z06? Hu you need 200 hp on a stock BMW to beat it. Pretty much makes me want one pretty bad. Plus the BMW gets 28 mpg when you arnt blazing along side a Vett. Technology and turbos wonderful combination. The year of the hot rod is comong to a beautiful close with creations like the new camero and the Challenger sad but as a Mopar fan I can say I am embracing the new cars like the BMW 335i that can get great gas mileage and run with the best. But screw hybrids and electric cars. I will never want an electric motor to replace my rumble no matter how big the rumble is I will love gas burners till I die. Truth be told I think a Vett will win a 1/4 mi but the BMW will beat it at a 30 punch badly. That is what you are witnessing in this video.

You didn't do your homework, the fastest BMW WILL not beat the fastest Cirvette. That Vette was in a wreck and it's top end is still better than the BMW'S. Power to weight ratio, the BMW is lighter but not faster. Your average sports car can give most sports cars problems with quickness but not topend...smile. I research cars.
